1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or requesting a quote for any valeting or detailing service with Ultrashine Valeting & Detailing (“we”, “us”, “our”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Confirmation
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from us.
• Bookings are not guaranteed until confirmed by us.
• We may require vehicle details, photos, or an inspection before a quote or booking is confirmed.
• Joining a waiting or cancellation list does not guarantee a booking slot.
3. Pricing & Quotes
• All prices depend on the size of the vehicle and the condition of the paintwork and interior.
• Quotes may change once the vehicle is inspected in person.
• Photos may be required prior to a quote to ensure accurate pricing.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual condition significantly differs from the details provided.
4. Customer Responsibilities
• You must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and loose items from the vehicle prior to service.
• Vehicles must be accessible and legally parked at the agreed location.
• If the vehicle is excessively soiled or presents hazardous conditions, additional charges may apply or service may be refused.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a partial cancellation fee.
• Cancellations under 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a full cancellation fee.
• No‑shows without notice may be charged in full.
6. Arrival Times & Duration
• Quoted times and service durations are estimates only.
• We cannot guarantee exact arrival or completion times due to traffic, previous bookings, or conditions encountered during service.
7. Liability & Risk
• All services are provided with reasonable care and skill, but results are not guaranteed to meet personal expectations or industry benchmarks.
• Vehicles are serviced at the customer’s risk. We are not liable for pre‑existing damage or issues outside our control.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
8. Payment Terms
• Payment must be made upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept [your payment methods, e.g., cash, bank transfer, card].
• Deposits may be required to secure certain bookings, and deposits may be non‑refundable if cancellation notice is insufficient.
9. Photography
• We may take photographs of vehicles we service for quality records and marketing purposes.
• Number plates and personal information will be obscured unless the customer requests otherwise.
10. Changes to Terms
• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes apply to new bookings made after the updated terms are published.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
